Hey Fighters!
You really didn't make this easy for us. There were quite a few maps to check out, plenty of creative ideas, and more than a few moments where we had to stop and appreciate the effort that went into a build. We've been digging through the entries, taking them for a spin, and narrowing down the contenders 1 by 1. The level editor has been put through its paces, our brains have done their best, and we've finally settled on the best levels created by you guys!
We Have Our Winners
1st: Soriel - Skydive
Looks like Soriel decided the ground was overrated and took the whole battlefield up into the sky! Skydive is a sprawling floating island arena surrounded by bright blue skies and clouds far below. Grassy stone platforms, cascading waterfalls, pools, and giant water wheels bring the environment to life, while bridges and ropes connect the different islands. Glowing cyan details add an extra touch of flair, making the whole map feel like a set of floating ruins straight out of an adventure. Its symmetrical layout, layered terrain, and multiple routes offer plenty of opportunities to get creative with movement, take the high ground, or catch opponents off guard. There's a great balance between visual detail and practical design, making Skydive both beautiful to explore and fun to fight in.
But there's more to this sky high creation than meets the eye! Soriel revealed that the water bubble concept was inspired by World 7-2 in New Super Mario Bros Wii. The map was first experimented with back in November 2025 and returned to it in September 2026.
Want to take an even more unconventional route? It's actually possible to travel from 1 side of the map to the other by wall jumping beneath the bottom island. Forget the bridges, we're going sightseeing underneath the map. Skydive takes 1st place for its unique theme, thoughtful layout, and all the little surprises tucked into its floating paradise.
2nd: Domanater (co-creator Xlanzilla) - Nullscape
If Skydive takes you to the clouds, Nullscape throws you into a mysterious geometric void where apparently, the architect had a plan and actually stuck to it. Created by Domanater and assisted by Xlanzilla, this CTF only map features dark, angular platforms with light beige edges, floating above jagged blue gray mountains. Massive black arches dominate the center, while smaller floating structures and machinery filled sections keep things interesting. Blue and red accents separate the opposing sides, making it easy to tell where you should be heading and, more importantly, where the enemy is about to ruin your day.
Since Nullscape is built exclusively for CTF, every route, platform, and elevation change has a job to do. The open areas give you room to push forward and take fights at longer distances, while the arches and stacked platforms offer cover, sneaky flanking routes, and plenty of opportunities to snatch the enemy flag. Its symmetrical layout keeps things fair, though you'll still need more than a dream and a prayer to bring that flag home. The clean design also means you can focus on the objective instead of wondering whether that random floating shape is decoration or your next hiding spot. Nullscape takes 2nd place for its polished visuals, CTF focused layout (which he knows we’ve been begging for), and smart use of space. Now go capture that flag. You didn't come all this way just to admire the architecture.
3rd: Leumas - Sky Tiered Islands
Apparently, one level of floating islands just wasn't enough! Sky Tiered Islands takes the concept to another level with a multi layered arena suspended above a hazy city skyline. There’s 3 main tiers of dirt and rocky platforms form the backbone of the map, packed with greenery, hanging vines, machinery, ladders, caution signs, windmill like structures, and string lights. Yellow ramps and slides connect different sections, while the combination of industrial elements and nature gives the arena the feel of a sprawling sky city that's been left to grow wild.
The different levels offer plenty of ways to approach encounters, while the surrounding structures provide cover and opportunities to reposition. Down below, floating islands with jump pads add another layer of movement, and multiple teleporters sending players back and forth. These features make navigating the map just as interesting as the scenery itself, rewarding players who experiment with the available routes and learn how everything connects. There's a lot happening visually, but the distinct layers help the map feel organised rather than overwhelming. Sky Tiered Islands takes 3rd place for its creativity, detailed environment, and the sheer number of ways players can explore and move through the arena.
